Telesnap SAP Connector 2009 - Connection Snapware to SAP R/3
Interface between SAP R/3 and the telephone system.
The functionality is pre‐determined by the interface description of the SAP AG.
SAPphone version 5.x (as of SAP R/3 Release 4.5B) is supported.

Basic Telephony

All the functions required for telephony from the SAP R/3 applications are supported

Phone calls can be initiated, received and hung up directly in SAP R/3

Additional functions such as Transfer, Blind Transfer and Conference Calls can also be accessed from SAP R/3

The agent functions in the Telesnap SAP Connector support the CIC and other Call Center‐Functions in SAP R/3

Log on to, or log off from an ACD

Agent states pause, wrap up time and ready can be set

Support of Telesnap ACD

Call attached data can be connected to a call and transferred SAP R/3 for further processing
Client Functionality

Caller identification with SAP data matching (Snapware connection window, implementation of a function module in SAP R/3 is necessary)

Automatic trigger of a SAP R/3 telephony pop‐up (implementation of a function module in SAP R/3 is necessary)

Semi‐automatic start of a SAP R/3‐transaction (3rd‐Party‐Button, implementation of a function module in SAP R/3 is necessary)
