Fax

• Sending of faxes from each email client without additional software at the client
• Conversion of the outgoing documents on the server
• Each user has his own extension
• Fax receipt for remote users possible
• Detailed fax messages consist of a subject heading and the actual fax document as file attachment
• Fax document as file attachment in a compressed graphic format (alternatively tiff, DCX, GIF, JPEG, or PDF)

Voicemail

• Each user is available for speech and fax message with the same phone extension. It is differentiated automatically between fax and voice message
• All current voicemail codec, e.g. PCM, aLaw, Truespeech and MP3 are supported
• The user can process its voicemails at the email client as well as by telephone
• Received voice messages can be automatically passed on to any email clients as Windows WAV or MP3 file

SMS

• With SMS functionality each email user can send short messages to a mobile phone. The message is sent as SMS (Short Message service) over the GSM network and can be read afterwards at the mobile phone as short message
• Emails with more than 160 characters are divided into several messages automatically

Email functions (optional)

• Access to emails by telephone
• Reading of the emails at the telephone
• Directly answering of emails with a voice message at the telephone
