From the 6th of february 2009 the servicepack 4 of the Telesnap product portfolio version 2007 is available.
The servicepack is available for the following products:
- Snapware
- WebSnapware
- SnapDial
- PM CD
- PM Operator
- Telesnap SAP Connector
- VIP-Router
- GLC
The servicepack 4 contains mostly error correction. All hotfixes for the version 2007 SP3 are assembled in the sevicepack 4.
New features are:
- Snapware/WebSnapware
- Automatic PM CD logon with WebSnapware
- Changed team bar alerting symbol
- PM Operator
- Advanced display options for first column in search list
- Support for LDAP servers with version LDAP v3
- PM UMS
- Additional mail address configurable in WebAdmin
- LDAP
- LDAP import with empty search bases
- LDAP import with configurable scope (subTree or oneLevel)
Partner may get the servicepack from the Telsnap support the their customers with service contracts.
