Sind the 10th of february 2009 the names Telesnap and Snapware are registered trademarks for the region of the european community.
Snapware as product name stands for CTI, presence management and team collaboration.
The company name Telesnap stands also for professional solutions in the areas operator workplace, call routing and unified messaging.
Therefore the name Telesnap is part of the new product names in the version 2009:
- Telesnap Attendant as ergonomic operator console
- Telesnap ACD (former PM CD) as easy configurable ACD solution with Snapware as high end CTI-agent application
- Telesnap UMS (former PM UMS) as fax and voice mail solution for companies of every size
