Since the 27th of February 2009 the version 2009 of the Telesnap product portfolio is available.
The portfolio contains the products:

- Telesnap ACD
- Telesnap UMS
- Telesnap VoiceMail
- Telesnap OCS Gateway
- Calendar Server
- Telesnap SAP Connector
- VIP Router
The manager assistant solution PM MA is no product anymore.
Additionally to the constant improvement of the well known Telesnap product portfolio, the new products Telesnap Attendant, Telesnap OCS Gateway and the Calendar Server are part of the version 2009. You can find the details on the product site for version 2009.
For the version 2009 trained partners can now install the products without assistances of Telesnap at customer sites. You can find the actual training program on our appointment site.
Telesnap partner can get the new version for their customers with service contract from the Telesnap support. Customers please contact your Telesnap partner for the new version.
