Since the 3rd of April 2009 Telesnap GmbH is a technology partner of Cisco Systems, Inc. with it own name.
Due to the sale of the Netwise business to the Telesnap GmbH a new contract between Cisco Systems and Telesnap was necessary. The new partner ship is a prerequisite to certify all Telesnap products of the new version 2009 with the newest Cisco Unified Communication Manager versions. The certifications on CUCM7.x will soon be implemented.
Telesnap offers attendant consol, ACD, UMS / voicemail and CTI / Presence management / team collaboration solutions for the CUCM.
The solutions are already available since a long time on the market and are equipped with all CUCM versions since the version 3.3 run.
Additionally to the well established conection via the Cisco TAPI serviceprovider is with the new version 2009 the Cisco JTAPI connection supported.
In addition to the already widespread operator console PM Operator, with the version 2009 a new operator workplace Telesnap Attendant is introduced. The Attendant Telesnap based on the well established PM server operator and has a completely new client with the. NET technology developed.
