The servicepack 1 of the Telesnap product portfolio is released to the 1st of september 2009.
A lot of enhancements are done for all products with this servicepack.
Espacialle the new operator console Telesnap Attendant is now released. Lots of new features are implemented in the new attendant. A special campagne for the introduction of the Telesnap Attendant is available with a very attractive pricing.
Other features are:
- Updated PBX conenctions (e.g. for Hipath4000/8000, Aastra 800, Aastra5000),
- enhanced usability of Snapware with more hotkeys,
- extended administration options for the WebAdministration
