Professional switching of calls - With the new Telesnap Attendant operator console.
With te Cisco Unified Communication Manager version7.x the CallManager Attendant Console is discontinued.
The Telesnap GmbH created a special offer created for affected customers.
This action applies to all Cisco customers in Germany, who plan an update on the CUCM 7.x and are not yet Telesnap customers. Under this action, the new Attendant Telesnap may be bought at a special price.
In the package are the Telesnap Attendant server and a Telesnap Attendant client included. Other clients (also at a special price) and other components (e.g. Telesnap Calendar Server) can be obtained as extensions.
The action is limited until the 31st of October 2009 and applies to all new customers Telesnap in Germany, who can prove an update on the CUCM 7.x.
The purchase of the software is only possible via a Telesnap sales partner, who are registered via the special contact form.

The Telesnap Attendant is a comfortable operator console based on .NET technology. Due to the used panel technology, the surface of the attendants can be adjusted to the users wishes. There are several panels to choose from. These are for example:
- The queue panel in which the waiting calls are displayed
- The connection with the active and a second call
- The search panel with comfortable searching in an LDAP directory
With the status information displayed in the result list of a search, it is possible to decide if a call can successfully transferred to the desired participant. Besides a high functionality of the software with a surface that displays all the necessary information quickly and accurately a simple and ergonomic operation is possible.
There is also a configurable Busy Lamp Field. with programmable function keys, the call status of a participant is shown (free, busy, not registered) the busy lamp files eases the dispatching of the calls.

In the sales action the Telesnap Calendar Server is not included in the package, but can be ordered separately as an extension.
In addition to the operating console Telesnap Attendant Telesnap GmbH offers more products. These include UMS, ACD and CTI / Presence Management and Team Collaboration solutions. All products are using the same server as the basis of which the individual solutions are well combined.
