Snapware is the CTI, team collaboration and presence management solution of Telesnap for the Cisco Unified Communication Manager.
PM Operator is the most sold operator console in Germany for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager. With its extensive search functions and included presence information it is a perfect tool for each operator.
The successor of the PM Operator is the Telesnap Attendant which is using the same server components but with a new and more flexible Gui based on .NET technology.
